Vado - 95 sft
Falper - 380 sft

VADO is a UK based company which deals with Sanitary Fittings .Combination of Rusted metal and wooden tile and metallic paint finish were used for this display.

FALPER is an Italian designer company specializing in bathroom furniture sets. The clients had shorlisted four furniture series to be displayed at the store.

The area assigned for this display was facing the road, hence bold & attractive colours - Black(Ceiling & Entrance wall cladding) and Red (Flooring) were used. From the range of tiles marketed by the clients, tile concepts which would enhance the furniture sets had to be to also be designed. As this was a designer’s collection , importance was given to them through the custom designed signage.

Project |03 Palm Drive
Architecture & Interiors of Bungalow , Bangalore

Palm drive gets its name from the 80 feet driveway which leads to the built up area of the bungalow. Palm trees and other exotic flowering plants are planted on either side of the driveway giving a grand entrance . This long driveway also shuts the noise pollution from the busy road.

Important design elements include long slit windows both horizontal and vertical, flat cantilevered roofs giving the roof a floating effect , large windows which allow ample light into the built form, temple tree courtyard , water body at the entrance , semi open verandah which acts as a transition space from the exterior to the interior space.

Project |04 SCAVOLINI & VERSACE
Retail store
4750 sft

The main goal was to create a high -end store for the launch of two premium brands from Italy. Scavolini's range has contemporary  theme and the Versace a classical theme.

The entrance was kept simple , elegant and functional. The reception was also proposed at the place which receives maximum natural light , thus optimizing the space usage for display and non display spaces well.
As a strategy all the high end kitchens was proposed on the ground floor and the mid segment kitchen displayed on the fourth floor. A clear pathway was also kept in mind from the entrance door to the lift . This pathway was designed in such a way that it had kitchen  display on both sides of it showcasing maximum visibility to any customer who walks across the floor.

The flooring in the kitchen display was kept simple - wooden floor throughout. The uniform flooring made the display space look larger and at the same time did not take the attention off the displayed kitchen. Different tiles( which was also sold at this store) was selected for each display to complement the kitchen displayed.

In Versace display a lot of emphasis was given in treating the walls and floor as this company also dealt with manufacturing tiles. A small living room setup was also created in this space to showcase how the tiles can not only be used in a bath concept , but also be used in a living room.
